Unlike many of Mars’ pokémon, Oreius does not exist for the cameras. He had been trained to fight, to be a tool at his trainer’s disposal, but said trainer just so happens to have friends at the network who were in desperate need of a favour…

Mars likes it when people owe him, so when asked if he had any Fighting types who’d look good in a commercial, he obviously sent the best he could give.

The Urshifu makes for an intimidating sight, and as should only be expected, he cares little for listening to instructions from those he considers to be beneath him. Instead, he remembers what Mars had said:

”Just give them a few poses and you’re set.”

So, that’s exactly what he does once in front of the cameras, flawlessly switching between stances with flowing movements. Once that’s done, the Urshifu just walks away.

HAKAMO-O was a new addition to Barnaby's team and, admittedly, not a Pokémon who was utilized often by his trainer. So, instead of wasting away in the confines of a Poké Ball, the dual Dragon and Fighting-type had been sent to another division of HNN. Something about helping film a commercial?

As the Scaly Pokémon arrived on set, it was immediately met with the hulking, muscular physique of Martín del Mar 's URSHIFU. The bear's form was flawless, his muscles rippling and gleaming for the camera.

HOW WAS HAKAMO-O SUPPOSED TO COMPETE WITH THAT??

The dragon stared up, deadpan, before looking down at its own flat chest. It wasn't until a crewmember urged it forward for it's debut that the Pokémon snapped from its stupor.

GET IT TOGETHER, it thought to itself, readying its arms in an offensive position.

A clean Close Combat was all the film crew needed for their segment. Too bad it took HAKAMO-O about 10 takes to get it right, though.

At one point, Vulcan’s Trainer had been part of movies. So the cameras and the attention weren’t new to the Blaziken. But it had been some time, and Vulcan wasn’t sure if it was ready to be a focus of said attention either. But it was as their Trainer had asked them to do, so the Blaziken would oblige. A Blaze Kick that shot the Blaziken through the air would likely be enough of a spectacle to satisfy them.

Hopefully, anyway. Something that Vulcan had seen from his Trainer’s experiences was that the ones with the cameras were never quite satisfied.

Don't they know that brute force isn't the only way to display strength? Luka's Mienshao preens her whiskers carefully before the camera lands on her, prepared to teach these brutes a thing a two about fighting elegantly. Her haughty attitude hasn't made her many friends at this event, but what does she care? She's only doing this as a favor to her beloved trainer, and already anticipates all the affection sweet luka chêne will shower her with upon her return.[break][break]
Once the cameras land on her, she casts a wink at the other Pokemon and prepares her showcase with a flourish. Leaping into the air, she's extra enough to perform a mid-air spin before diving elegantly downwards, a High Jump Kick neatly severing a board into two identical pieces.[break][break]
Turning up her nose, the Mienshao huffs once and flaunts away.[break][break]

inspiring people should be the job of the aura pokemon, since they're supposed to be empaths. with the power of empathy, they should be able to deliver any emotional help to anyone that needs it, which includes people tuning in into the program.

as an empath, the lucario can send in powerful vibes to those beyond the television. powerful moves and graceful poses were conduits to the empathic powers exuding from him. surely, the empathy waves will reach their audience.

one pose, and he growls, with the tone of the sound being enhanced by the aura pokemon's empath powers. another one follows, as per the program, and the same way he imbued the last pose with his empathy was done.

the aura pokemon was just the perfect pokemon for this kind of job, thanks to him being an empath.
